Helianthex

Helianthex is a selective herbicide designed for the effective control of unwanted weeds in agricultural crops. It provides rapid knockdown through contact action, followed by systemic activity that protects the main crop. Details

Description

  • Active Composition:
    • Helianthex contains a specified amount of active ingredient (please refer to the label for exact values and compound name).
  • Mode of Action:
Inhibition of Vital Processes: The herbicide interferes with essential metabolic processes in weed cells, such as protein synthesis or other critical functions, thereby halting growth and development.
Contact and Systemic Action: The product acts quickly on contact, delivering an immediate knockdown effect, and is subsequently absorbed and translocated throughout the plant to protect both treated areas and new growth.
Selectivity: Its formulation is designed to specifically target unwanted weeds while minimizing damage to the main crop.
  • Usage:
    • Apply post-emergence as a foliar spray according to label instructions (e.g., dilute in 200–400 L/ha of water).
    • Use preventively before weed infestation or curatively at the first signs of weed emergence.
    • Reapply every 14–21 days depending on environmental conditions and weed pressure.

Advantages:

  • Provides rapid knockdown of unwanted weeds.
  • Offers continuous protection through systemic action.
  • High selectivity minimizes crop damage and reduces the risk of resistance development.
