Pallas 45 OD

Ingredients & Formulation:

• Active Ingredient: Contains 45 g/L of the active component (exact details are on the label).
• Formulation: Oil dispersion (OD).
• Packaging: Available in 1 L and 5 L containers.

Mode of Action:

• Pallas 45 OD is rapidly absorbed through weed foliage and translocated systemically via the xylem and phloem.
• It inhibits essential metabolic processes by blocking protein synthesis, resulting in growth cessation, leaf discoloration, and selective necrosis of the weeds.
• The crop remains unharmed as it can metabolize the active ingredient, thus avoiding phytotoxic effects.

Directions for Use:

1. Crops:
   • Suitable for cereal and corn crops.
2. Timing:
   • Apply post-emergence when the target weeds are at an early stage (typically 2–4 leaves) and the crop is at the optimal growth stage (e.g., 4–6 leaves, as per BBCH).
3. Recommended Rate:
   • Apply at a rate of approximately 1.0 L/ha; adjust based on infestation levels according to technical guidelines.
4. Preparation:
   • Dilute the recommended amount in 200–400 L of water per hectare to achieve a uniform spray solution.
5. Application Method:
   • Uniformly spray the solution over the entire crop area using calibrated ground equipment.
6. Precautions:
   • Apply under favorable weather conditions (temperatures between 8 and 25°C) and avoid application in heavy dew or immediately before/after rainfall; ensure no rain for at least 4–5 hours post-application.
