Trecutul lui Tume-Agri este înrădăcinat în istoria unei fabrici de zahăr. The Tume Harrow T Series is an expected new addition to the tilling market. The T-model can be called a real universal harrow, which can be used for both cultivation and sowing with different types of soil in both spring and autumn. In addition, the T model is well suited for weed control in fallow fields, for example. Harrow T is a versatile tillage tool that you can handle now and in the future. The changing regulations of arable farming are unpredictable, but with this cultivator you can work no matter what!
The T-series is available in both 6m and 7.5m widths. An optional hydraulic front levelling board is available at the front of the machine, which makes it possible to level out larger irregularities, if necessary, as you can move even a larger embankment with the levelling board. On the other hand, if necessary, it can be raised considerably so that it is not a disadvantage, for example, in conditions with a lot of straw chaff.
The actual tilling is based on 150 mm intervals on six axles placed on strong 12mm x 70mm Herkules s-tines available with either 200mm wide Goosefoot blades or a 60×10 reversible blade flap. The tine, which has been successful in various tine tests, maintains its working depth well and vibrates the working layer that the 600 mm high so-called U-profile double packer at the rear of the machine finishes. It is good in both wet and dry conditions. In wet conditions, the U-grooves are filled with soil, so that there is no ground-triggering effect. In dry conditions, on the other hand, it is an effective lump crusher and soil compactor, so that spring moisture does not escape and driving times are saved.
The Harrow T is very spacious, and the space increases in a row of spikes when going backwards: the first spaced row spacing is 600 mm, and the last as much as 800 mm. The U-profiles of the packers are spaced 300 mm apart, so in the so-called double packers the u-profiles are interleaved every 150 mm. The properties of the U-profiles are displayed especially in stubble tillage, where the packer presses the straw into the ground and the decay of plant debris begins quickly. As an accessory to the machine, a rear harrow is also available to ensure the correct crumb structure, especially for spring sowing.
The double packer also acts as a transportation set of wheels for the machine when driving in the field. The wheels intended for road transport are AS504 15.5/80-24 ”(384 mm wide and 1250 mm high) and are located in the right place with the centre of gravity and with a wide track spacing, ensuring stable transport of the combination. The hydraulic suspension of the transportation wheels ensures a really stable position when moving the machine. The smooth and straight running of the machine is ensured by the support wheels in the front corners, which are size 13.0/55-16 (width 336 mm, height 770 mm).
